It is not required or expected, but greatly appreciated if you save you Evo Coins for guild run champ events. It takes 50 coins to summon a champ in T2A.
The member with the highest rank of the group will keep track of who has paid for the champ summon with their Evo Coins.
All power scrolls are pooled together at the end of the event.
Members who donated Evo Coins to the event will have priority on loot. 120's go to those who donated Evo coins. If there's an imbalance of numbers between 120 power scrolls available and players that donated Evo Coins, the 120 will go to the player that initially received it.
The player with the highest donation gets first pick, in consecutive order.
The following table will explain how distribution is to take place:
-(1-1)50 coins vs. 50 coins; There will be dice rolled to determine the starter of alternating selection.
-(2-1)100 coins vs. 50 coins; 100 coin donator picks first, then the 50 coin donator, then the 100 coin donator.
-(3-1)150 coins vs. 50 coins; 150 coin donator picks two 120 power scrolls, then the 50 coin donator.
-(3-2)150 coins vs. 100 coins; 150 coin donator picks first, then the 100 coin donator, back and forth.
-(3-3)150 coins vs. 150 coins; There will be dice rolled to determine the starter of alternating selection.
-(4-1)200 coins vs. 50 coins; 200 coin donator picks three 120 power scrolls, then the 50 donator, then the 200 donator.
-(4-2)200 coins vs. 100 coins; 200 coin donator picks two 120 power scrolls, then the 100 coin donator, then the 200 donator picks two more, then the 100 coin donator.
-(4-3)200 coins vs. 150 coins; 200 coins donator picks two 120 power scrolls, then it's alternation.
-(4-4)200 coins vs. 200 coins; There will be dice rolled to determine the starter of alternating selection.
For more than two guild members participating, the 120 power scroll looting order will be as follows:
-The player with the highest(er) donations will begin selection until his selection is equal to the next donators amount. Once the top donator has equal Evo Coins worth of donation, they become last in the order for drawing the next one. At each donation level, 50 Evo Tokens per level, there will be dice rolled between tied members to determine the order of selection. In the case of members donating large amounts of varying tokens, for example; 200-150-150-50-50-50, the distribution will go as follows: 200 coin donator picks one, giving him a new donation value of 150. Then the two 150 donators roll for order, with the 200 donator then picking after those two. Now the 200 coin donator has a value of 100, as well as the two 150 coin donators. Now that the three top donators all have donation values of 100, all three will row to determine the order of the next drawing, reducing all three donator's Evo Coin value by 50. All six members now have a donation value of 50 Evo Coins, where there will be a final rolling of dice to determine order. This formula is to be followed for any amount of donations, so for best results, save up those Evo Coins!
Staff Responsibilities:
-Keep a close eye on who starts each champ, and total their coin value.
-Collect all power scrolls after each champ.
-Make sure power scrolls are distributed evenly.
Member Responsibility:
-Protect the highest ranking member from pk's. That means constant cross healing! Until we get a BOD book to insure, we don't want to lose those scrolls.
-Abandon the champ at any sighting of a pk. We are strictly PvM, not PvP. This includes if you are fighting the champ itself, as any pk will easily be able to lock you in a cage and spam you down fast for your items and scrolls.
-Make your way as a group to the nearest town gate, cross healing other members as you can.
